Note: Each property owner sets their pet policy. While most Edgewood properties allow pets, please refer to the specific property listing to determine if the home you’re interested in permits them.
General Pet Requirements
- All pets must have vaccinations required by law. Be prepared to show documentation when completing the required Pet Profile.
- Breeds with a disposition toward aggressive behavior may be denied by the landlord on a case-by-case basis.
- Most properties have restrictions on the number of pets and their size. Please check the property listing for specific guidelines.
- You will be asked to provide a current photo of your pet and vaccination records.
Pet Fees
- One-time processing fee: $100 per pet.
- Monthly pet fee: Ranges from $40 to $100, depending on the pet’s risk level.

Pet Screening
Pet Screening is a simple and secure platform that allows you to store all of your pet’s important information in one place.
Screening Requirements
- All approved Edgewood Realty Group applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each pet or companion animal before move-in.
- Cost: $20 for the first pet, and $15 for each additional pet.
- Service/companion animal registration is free.
